Tiffany Rufrano

Tiffany Rufrano currently serves as the Asset Management Director for the East Region at STRS Ohio, overseeing a portfolio of 6 million square feet of various asset types. Prior to this, Tiffany held several significant roles including Head of Asset Management for Related Companies, where strategies for national luxury rentals and NYC street retail were established, and Managing Director of Asset Management at Greystone, focusing on transitioning mixed-use and residential properties. Previous experience also includes Vice President positions at both Paramount Group and J.P. Morgan, managing substantial office assets in major cities, as well as an early career role in acquisitions and asset management at Clarion Partners LLC. Tiffany holds an MBA in Finance and Banking from NYU Stern School of Business and a BBA in Finance and Real Estate from Texas McCombs School of Business.
