Elizabeth Mendez

Elizabeth Mendez is currently a Human Resources Generalist at Structall Building Systems, Inc., where employment commenced in May 2023. Prior to this role, Elizabeth contributed to Massa Gallery in a Strategic Communications capacity from October 2020 to May 2023. At the University of South Florida, Elizabeth served as Fundraising Chair for the Mexican Student Association from January 2018 to May 2019, successfully coordinating fundraising events that generated over $1,000 for annual scholarships and collaborating with other campus organizations. Additionally, Elizabeth held the position of President of the Multicultural Greek Council, leading an executive board and multiple organizations, while attending national leadership conferences. Elizabeth earned a degree in Communications with a concentration in Public Advocacy from the University of South Florida, graduating in 2018.
