Eleen Tan

Eleen Tan has been working in the Human Resources field since 1998. Eleen began their career as an HR Business Partner/Executive at SembCorp/Siemens. In 2005, they moved to Precision Magnetics, a subsidiary of MMI Group, as an HR Director. Eleen then moved to Heptagon in 2011, where they also served as an HR Director. In 2017, they moved to ams AG, again as an HR Director, and in 2018 they moved to Tessa Therapeutics Ltd, where they served as HR Director. In 2021, they moved to Structo, where they currently serve as Head of Human Resources.

Eleen Tan has attended the EICC Labour & Ethics Lead Auditor Course, receiving an IRCA Certification, and has also obtained a Bachelor of Business Management (Dean Award) from the University of South Australia, with a Diploma in Human Resource Management.
