Or Lakritz has worked in various roles since 2008. Or began their career in the Israel Defense Forces as a Special Forces member in 2008. Or then held the role of Product Manager in the Israel Defence Forces from 2011 to 2014. During this time, they also worked as a Software Automation Engineer at Datorama and a NOC Team Lead & Business Analyst at Market Windows Ltd. In 2015, they moved to Citi as a Software Engineer & Product. Or then worked as a Strategy Consultant - Product, Marketing & Digital Transformation at Tinker - Manage Disruption from 2016 to 2017. Finally, they are currently the Founder, Chief Product & Strategy Officer at StructShare since 2017.

Or Lakritz received a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science & Psychology with a unit in Entrepreneurship from Tel Aviv University in 2016. In 2020 and 2021, they completed a Product Management program at Product League and an Entrepreneurial Leadership, Executive Leadership Program at the Hoffman Kofman Foundation, led by VP leadership at Google and Linkedin.
