Scott Ulmen

Scott Ulmen is a seasoned network engineering professional with extensive experience in the telecommunications sector. Currently serving as a Senior Network Engineer at Structured Communication Systems since November 2018, Scott previously held various positions at Zayo Group from May 2000 to August 2018, culminating in the role of Network Operations Engineer after Zayo's acquisition of ELI/Integra in March 2017. During time at Integra from November 2011 to March 2015, Scott advanced from Network Control Technician IV to Network Operations Engineer.
