Karyn Tobin

Karyn Tobin has worked in a variety of roles since 2015. Karyn began their career as an Administrative Assistant at Cornish Preparatory Dance. In 2017, they were a Team Member at Evergreens Salad and a Recruiter/Admission Counselor- Dance and Music at Cornish College of the Arts. Karyn also held the role of Contracted Recruiter/Contract Alumni Representative at the college. In 2021, they joined Structured Agency as the HR and Recruitment Manager, as well as a Recruiter and HR Associate.

Karyn Tobin's education history includes a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance from Cornish College of the Arts from 2014 to 2017, an Accredited Intensive from Duke University in 2016 in Dance, Running Start from Centralia College from 2013 to 2014 in French Language and Non-Western World Literature, a High School Diploma from Tenino High School from 2010 to 2014, and dance classes at Johansen Olympia Dance Center from 2000 to 2014. In addition, they have obtained certifications in Learning LinkedIn Recruiter, Performance-Based Hiring, Recruiting Foundations, Talent Sourcing, and Technical Recruiting from LinkedIn in February 2021.
