Michelle Schofield

Michelle Schofield currently serves as Operations Manager at BNP Paribas Real Estate since April 2024. Prior to this role, Michelle held the same title at Ashdown Phillips & Partners Limited from April 2021 to November 2023, where responsibilities included stakeholder relationship management, operations and facilities management, and project coordination. Michelle's experience at Incentive FM spanned from September 2013 to April 2021, culminating in the position of Group Facilities Manager, overseeing a multi-site portfolio and managing teams while ensuring high standards in facilities operations. Michelle possesses a BSc equivalent degree in Organisational Psychology and Industrial Sociology from the University of Cape Town and has completed a Diploma in Project Management at UK Public College.
