Olivier Bokobza

Olivier Bokobza joined BNP Paribas Real Estate in 2000 as Head of Real Estate and Wealth Engineering. In 2004, he became Head of the Consulting department where he held several positions before becoming the department’s Vice-Chairman in 2008. He joined the Residential Development business line in 2011 first as Deputy General Manager in charge of land development for the greater Paris region, and then in 2012 as Deputy General Manager for Residential Development in the greater Paris region. Olivier Bokobza has been Managing Director of BNP Paribas Real Estate’s Residential division (for BNP Paribas Immobilier) since March 2016. In 2021, he became Deputy Chief Executive Officer of BNP Paribas Real Estate in charge of Property Development.

Olivier Bokobza has a Master’s degree in Finance and Real Estate from Bordeaux Management School and an MBA from ESSEC Business School in International General Management.
