Cecilie MacHatova

Cecilie Machatova is a People Partner at STRV since January 2023, with prior experience as a Talent Scout at Productboard from November 2021 to December 2022, focusing primarily on Product and Design recruitment. In 2021, Cecilie worked as a Researcher at Hywel Dda University Health Board, participating in a summer placement that examined the social determinants of health affecting food consumption. Previous roles also include Duty Manager at Royal Pier (July 2019 - July 2020) and Assistant Team Manager at DBK Praha (May 2017 - September 2018). Cecilie holds a BSc in Psychology from Aberystwyth University and graduated from Gymnázium Na Zatlance with a degree in General Studies.
