Ondrej Slaby

Ondrej Slaby has an extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources. Ondrej is currently working as the Chief People Officer at STRV since January 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Consultant at humancraft starting from November 2021. Ondrej was also a Proud Supporter of Red Button EDU - People and Culture Community since July 2021. Ondrej has also served as an Independent Consultant, undertaking various project-based work in HR and consulting roles. Ondrej has held senior positions such as Senior HR Business Partner - Head of Global Team at Avast from July 2019 to December 2020 and HR Director at MallGroup from October 2018 to June 2019. Ondrej has also worked as the Chief HR Officer at Fortuna Entertainment Group from May 2016 to May 2018, and as the HR Director - Czech and Slovak Republic at Coca-Cola HBC from October 2010 to April 2016. Prior to that, they held HR Manager positions at Kimberly Clark and GE Money.

Ondrej Slaby has pursued their education in various institutions. Ondrej completed their Master's degree in Education at Charles University from 1998 to 2004. Later, in 2014 and 2015, Ondrej attended IMD where they completed the Executive Leadership Program with a focus on Organizational Leadership.
