Dalton Cole

Dalton Cole is an experienced directional driller currently employed at Stryker Energy Directional Services, LLC since February 2022, following a solid tenure at Patterson-UTI from June 2017 to February 2022 as a driller. Prior roles include operator at Key Energy Services, where responsibilities involved maintaining oil wells, and driller at Pioneer Energy Services, overseeing drilling parameters and crew management. Dalton began career in oil and gas as a derrickman and chain hand at NORTON ENERGY DRILLING, LLC, and held various positions at Rl Lindsey Welding, Alexander’s Pest and Weed Control, and Cudd Energy Services. Dalton holds a high school diploma from Snyder High School, obtained in 2007.
