Arthur Pallar is currently working as a Principal R&D Engineer at Stryker, leading the development of Orthopaedic Instruments Power tools. Previously, Arthur has held roles such as R&D Engineering Manager at Whirlpool Corporation, where Arthur successfully engineered design initiatives increasing home appliance product performance. With a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Western Michigan University, Arthur has a strong background in leading technical teams and developing innovative solutions in the engineering industry.
