Kelley Westbrook

Kelley Westbrook currently serves as the Director of Sales Training and Development for the USA Spine Division at Stryker, a position held since July 2019. Prior roles within Stryker include Senior Talent Development Partner on the Global Talent Management team, focusing on various orthopedic innovations, and Senior Talent Development Manager for the East Coast USA. Kelley has extensive experience in sales learning and development across Australia and New Zealand, complemented by positions in marketing and capital sales. Educational accomplishments include participation in the Global Leadership Program at Kellogg Executive Education, a Master of Business Leadership from Charles Sturt University, a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from The University of Texas at Arlington, and an Executive Education course in Psychology for High Performance from Stanford University School of Medicine.
