Rajiv Oza

Rajiv Oza is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in various senior leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Senior Director HR and Country Head at Stryker, Rajiv previously held the position of VP HR for South Asia at GSK and Senior Director for Organization Effectiveness and Rewards at Dr. Reddy's Laboratories. Other roles include Director of HR at Dr. Reddy's Laboratories, Group Head HR at Transformers & Rectifiers India Ltd, and Head of Business - HR at Honeywell. Rajiv holds a Doctorate in Business Administration with a focus on Organization Design and Organization Health from SP Jain School of Global Management, as well as a Post Graduate Program in General Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Indore.
