Salman Kapadia has a wealth of experience in the Medtech industry, with a strong background in engineering and design. Currently, Salman serves as the Principal Engineer at Stryker, leading the product engineering team for the launch of an IoMT in the Indian market. Previously, Salman has held roles such as Medical Devices and Surgical Robotics Consultant at Medtech Consultant, Lead Mechanical Engineer at SS Innovations, and Senior Product Design Engineer at Boston Scientific. With a Master's degree in Industrial Design from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, Salman has a proven track record of successfully driving NPD projects from concept development to commercial launch.
