Samantha Michaud

Samantha Michaud is a professional with extensive experience in recruitment and real estate. Currently serving as a Recruiter at STS Technical Services since April 2022, Samantha also holds the position of Real Estate Sales Professional at Heritage House Realty Oscoda/Ausable, a role maintained since June 2014. As a Residential Property Specialist, responsibilities include acting as a Buyers Agent, Listing Agent, and managing lakefront listings. Samantha earned an Associate's Degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from Saginaw Valley State University between 2009 and 2012 and completed real estate education at Kaplan Real Estate Education in 2014.
