Amy Bentley-Richard

Amy Bentley-Richard has extensive experience in human resources management, having worked in various roles for different companies over the years. In their current position at Bird Construction, Amy serves as the Senior Director of People & Culture for Western Canada, supporting multiple operational teams within the company. Prior to their role at Bird Construction, Amy held positions at Stuart Olson Inc., Cummins Inc., Acklands-Grainger, and McCoy Global, where Amy demonstrated their expertise in HR strategy, leadership, and team management. Amy holds degrees in Management with a focus on Human Resources and Labour Relations, as well as HR certification from NAIT.
