Marta Abalos

Marta Abalos is the vice president of people at Stuart. Marta has over fifteen years of experience in human resources and office management.

Marta began their career as an academic assistant at FIAC Idiomes in 2005. In 2007, they transitioned to business controller tax and legal services at PwC. There, they were responsible for reporting of clients opportunities and proposals, analysis of portfolio and budget, and collaboration on projects to develop new management tools. In 2014, Marta became the human resources office manager at Elasticbox. As the HR and office lead in the Madrid office, they were responsible for hiring, HR operations and talent management, and events coordination.

In September 2015, Elasticbox was acquired by CenturyLink. Marta continued working in human resources at CenturyLink until they joined Stuart as the VP of People in 2019.

Marta Abalos has a course in Leadership communication with impact from INSEAD, a Master's degree in Marketing and sales management from IMF Smart Education, a Master's degree in Protocol and international relations from Escuela Internacional de Protocolo, and a Bachelor's degree in Tourism and Hospitality management from Universitat de Girona. Marta also has certification from Udemy in Change management in organisations, Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) England in Mental Health First Aider Certification, and CIPD in Employee Engagement Strategy.

They are on a team with Ronny Pouvreau - VP, Marketing & Communication, Jonathan Sarfati - CFO. Their manager is Damien Bon, CEO.
