Sophie Charles

Sophie Charles is a skilled HR professional with extensive experience in people operations and management. Currently serving as a Senior People Operations Manager at Stuart since July 2022, Sophie previously held roles at Nordcloud, an IBM Company, as a People Manager, and at UBC as an HR Generalist for Europe. Additionally, experience includes positions at RateSetter as both an HR Advisor and HR Coordinator, as well as an HR and CSR Assistant at GIA. Sophie holds a degree in Environmental Biology from the University of Nottingham and completed a programme in Business Sustainability Management at the University of Cambridge in 2020.
