Andy Waring

Andy Waring has worked in a variety of roles since 2001, beginning with National Sales Manager at RVM Assist. In 2006, they worked as Head of Sales at both Westinsure Broker Alliance and Westinsure Group Ltd. From 2011 to 2015, they were a Business Development Manager at Advent Insurance Services, and then Business Development at Gresham Underwriting Ltd from 2015 to 2020. In 2021, they were Director of Intermediary Relations and Head of Broker Relations at Stubben Edge, and currently serves as a Mentor at Virgin StartUp.

Andy Waring attended Dale Carnegie Training College from 2000 to 2001, where they obtained a Sales Advantage degree. Prior to that, they attended Salendine Nook High School from 1981 to 1986, where they obtained O'Levels. Additionally, they hold a Certificate of Insurance Practice (CIP) from the Chartered Insurance Institute.
