A senior HR professional with 20 years of experience delivering People solutions and strategies in fast-paced organisations, Anne has extensive expertise in supporting fast-growing international businesses across industries through organic growth, transformation and M&A. Her previous experience includes supporting start-ups in scaling up while staying true to their unique company culture and way of working. Anne has designed the HR infrastructure which will support the Group’s business objectives whilst focusing on delivering a great experience to all employees.
