Danny Stanvliet has had a diverse career in the actuarial and analytics fields.

In 2013, they began their career as a Junior Actuarial Analyst at Momentum, where they were responsible for PRML Valuations, Pension Fund Valuations, Fund/Liability Projections, Product Development, Retirement Analysis, and Life Insurance.

In 2015, they moved to Western National Insurance as a Senior Actuarial Specialist, where they were responsible for Data Analysis, Management Reporting, Automation, Optimization, Reserving, Capital Modeling, Reinsurance Modeling, and Pricing.

In 2017, they joined Eighty20 as a Senior Consultant, where they were Client/Technical Lead and Project Manager in the fields of Insurance, Banking, Hospitality, Telecommunications, and more.

Finally, in 2019, they joined Stubben Edge as Head of Actuarial and Head of Analytics. As Head of Actuarial, they were responsible for the Actuarial function of the Group, as well as strategic projects requiring actuarial and/or decision modelling, and internal/external actuarial consulting. As Head of Analytics, they were responsible for driving data solutions, turning data into business value, developing logic to ensure efficiency within the data & analytics function, and chairing the Underwriting Committee and overseeing Actuarial related functions such as Pricing.

Danny Stanvliet completed their Bachelor of Science in Actuarial Science from North-West University / Noordwes-Universiteit between 2010 and 2012. Prior to this, they attended Hoërskool Rustenburg between 2005 and 2009.
