Rosie Dent-Spargo

Rosie Dent-Spargo is a seasoned design professional with extensive experience in product and user experience design across various organizations. Currently serving as the Lead Product Designer at Genie AI, Rosie previously held the position of Senior Product Designer at Student Beans, contributing significantly across multiple squads. Additionally, Rosie organized bi-monthly events for the Northern User Experience community in Leeds while serving on the board of the Leeds Survivor-Led Crisis Service, focusing on policy ratification and strategic management. Past roles include User Experience Designer positions at Leeds Building Society and the University of Leeds, where Rosie strengthened research strategies and led design projects. Earlier career experiences include a foundational role as a Software Tester at Ten10 Group and a Fundraising and Marketing Intern at Ashinaga. Rosie holds an MPhil in Multi-disciplinary Gender Studies from the University of Cambridge and a BA in Japanese from SOAS University of London. Education also includes training in Gestalt Psychotherapy.
