Erica Rocha

Community Ambassador at Student Conservation Association

Erica Rocha is an experienced professional in quality assurance and ecological conservation, currently serving as a Quality Assurance Auditor II at Nelson Labs since March 2020. Prior roles at Nelson Labs include Quality Assurance Specialist and Laboratory Technician. In addition to work at Nelson Labs, Erica has been a Community Ambassador and Ecological Restoration Field Crew Member with the Student Conservation Association since August 2019. Previous experience includes Lab Processing Technician at Octapharma Plasma, Inc., Literacy and Learning Resources Writing Fellow at Dominican University, and Animal Behavior Research Intern at the St. Louis Zoo. Erica also participated as a Doris Duke Conservation Scholar with the UCSC Doris Duke Conservation Scholars Program and engaged in multiple internships at the Chicago Botanic Garden. Erica holds a degree from Dominican University and continues educational pursuits at the Chicago Botanic Garden.
