Hamna Tariq is an experienced professional in international affairs and energy systems with a Master's degree from Columbia University, specializing in International Security Policy, Energy and Environment, and Data Analytics. Currently serving as a Research Associate at The Energy for Growth Hub and a Student Energy Fellow for 2024, Hamna is actively involved in advancing educational and leadership skills in the energy sector. Previous roles include Graduate Consultant at Accenture, Graduate Fellow at McLarty Associates, and Research Fellow at the Atlantic Council, where significant contributions involved authoring issue briefs and supporting research on U.S. geopolitical implications. Earlier experience includes a Stimson South Asia Junior Fellow position, where Hamna enhanced the accessibility of research and led simulations on nuclear dynamics.
