Morgan Grigsby

Morgan Grigsby has a strong work experience in the property management industry. They began their career in 2011 at Peak Campus, where they started as a Community Assistant and gradually progressed to Assistant Manager, Senior Leasing Manager, and ultimately Property Manager. During this time, Morgan successfully managed staff, implemented effective recruitment and development programs, and oversaw the property turnover process. They also utilized sales and marketing strategies to increase property traffic and achieve budgeted occupancy. In 2017, Morgan joined Place Properties as a Property Manager and was later promoted to Area Manager. Most recently, Morgan started working at Student Quarters in 2019, initially as a Regional Director and then as the Director of Operations Support. Currently, Morgan holds the position of Senior Director, Training & Operations.

Morgan Grigsby obtained a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from East Tennessee State University between 2011 and 2014.
