Martin Kolago

Marcin Kolago is an experienced professional with a diverse background in leadership and advisory roles across various industries. Currently serving as Advisor/COO in a stealth mode company since May 2022 and as a Member of the Supervisory Board for Fundacja Polska Debatuje since December 2014, Kolago has been instrumental in promoting debating as a learning method in Poland. Previous roles include CEO/Founder of Coinerro, managing the development of a cryptocurrency exchange comparison website, and Chief Commercial Officer ad interim at Record Scanner, where user growth was significantly achieved. Kolago has extensive experience in innovation management and business scaling from positions at innogy Innovation Hub and has mentored startups within the Polish ecosystem.
