Monica Rolfsen

Monica Rolfsen serves as the Dean of the Faculty of Economics and Management at NTNU since January 2017, contributing to the academic community as both a Professor and previously as an Associate Professor at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology since December 2002. Monica has held leadership roles including Styreleder for Trøndelag brann- og redningstjeneste IKS and the STIFTELSEN TRONDHEIM JAZZFESTIVAL, and currently leads the financial committee at Studentersamfundet i Trondhjem. Early career experiences include positions as a Senior Researcher at SINTEF and as a politician in Trondheim kommune from 1999 to 2007. Education was obtained at NTNU, culminating in a PhD.
