The executive team at Studio Channel Islands Art Center has a long history of working in the arts. The team's head, who has a degree in History from the University of Sheffield, previously worked as the head of arts at Wiltshire Council. The team's acting cultural services manager, who has a degree in Art History from the University of St Andrews, previously worked as the cultural services manager at Copeland Borough Council.
