Anindya Ray

Anindya Ray has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Anindya is currently the Founder and CEO of STUDIO - EARTH since August 2022. Prior to this, they held various roles at Arvind Fashions Limited, including Chief Sourcing Officer and Chief Human Resources Officer, EVP & Chief Sourcing Officer, Sr VP & Head of Sourcing & Technical Services, and VP of Private Brands Business. During their tenure at Arvind Fashions, they led strategic initiatives such as developing digital backend systems for vendors and implementing sustainability and compliance modules. Anindya also integrated multiple brands into a centralized sourcing division, initiated agile sourcing and quick response models, and introduced programs for partner development and vendor outreach. Before joining Arvind Fashions, Anindya worked at Madura Garments, Bombay Dyeing, Arvind Brands, Benetton Group, Triveni Turbine Limited, and Intercraft Ltd, holding various managerial and merchandising positions. Overall, Anindya Ray brings a wealth of experience and expertise in the fashion and textile industry.

Anindya Ray attended Air Force Bal Bharti School from 1974 to 1984, where they pursued a degree in commerce. Anindya then went on to study business and commerce at Delhi University from 1984 to 1987, where they obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (Honors) degree.
