Aria Griffin (she/her) is a Designer I in the Chicago office, where she is working on Arbor, the Studio’s upcoming mass timber, zero carbon office building. Aria approaches design through the lens of identity formation, equity, and social justice, and is hopeful that the profession will become more inclusive and diversified. She was drawn to the way the Studio puts people and communities at the heart of the design process.
