Ken Rhodes

Ken Rhodes is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer support, product operations, and business management. Since October 2008, Ken has held several roles at Duet Partner, including Senior Manager Customer Support and Product Operations Manager, where responsibilities include handling customer communications and overseeing SaaS application development. Additionally, Ken has managed operations and taught music at Kolob Music Instruction since January 2008, and has held various positions within Studio Helper. Previous experience includes teaching as an Adjunct Instructor at Snow College and working for AMPAC Utah Operations in quality assurance and production roles. Ken's early career includes owning a business and performing as a guitarist in a band. Educational qualifications include degrees in Business Information Systems from Southern Utah University and Snow College.
