Jean April is a Senior Game Designer currently working at Studio KRAFTON Montréal since April 2023, focusing on player combat design. Prior experience includes roles at Motive Studio from October 2015 to April 2023, where Jean contributed to the design of enemy AI for "DRAGON AGE: THE VEILGUARD" and developed player mechanics, such as character controls and weapon abilities for the "DEAD SPACE REMAKE." Earlier positions at Eidos involved game design for "SHADOW OF THE TOMB RAIDER," specifically in player movement mechanics, while work at Ubisoft included level design and open-world systems for "ASSASSIN'S CREED 3," as well as contributing to several other notable titles including the "PRINCE OF PERSIA" series. Jean's educational background includes an A.E.C. in Level Design from Ubisoft Campus and an A.E.C. in Animation 2D-3D from ICARI.
