Giangiuseppe Sanna

Giangiuseppe Sanna is a Partner and Senior Associate at Studio Legale Sutti, with experience dating back to 2005. Additionally, Giangiuseppe serves as a Professor under contract of EU Law at the Catholic University of Milan and is the Lecturer in charge of the European Union Law module since 2004. Furthermore, Giangiuseppe has been a member of the ICC Commission on Commercial Law and Practice since 2010. Academic qualifications include a Docteur en Droit in European Union Law from the University of Strasbourg (2010), an LL.D/Ph.D. in European Law from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna (2010), and a Law Degree Summa Cum Laude from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore (2004).
