Francesca Bandini

Francesca Bandini currently serves as a lawyer at Studio Legale Turci since May 2022 and is a PhD candidate in international and EU law at Università degli Studi di Genova, focusing on the procedural rules of the Court of Justice of the European Union. Additionally, Francesca Bandini holds positions as a teaching assistant and tutor in international law, EU law, and private law. Previous experience includes roles as a visiting PhD student at The University of Edinburgh and a visiting scholar at the Max Planck Institute Luxembourg for Procedural Law, along with legal practice at Studio Legale Afferni, Crispo & Co., and a traineeship at the criminal Tribunal of Genoa. Francesca Bandini has earned a Doctor of Philosophy in International and European Union law and holds a Laurea Magistrale in Giurisprudenza from Università degli Studi di Genova.
