Gaurav Khetan

Gaurav Khetan has extensive work experience in the Salesforce field. Gaurav started their career as a Production Operation Support Desk Analyst at Northrop Grumman, where they provided support for multiple projects. Gaurav then moved on to become a Salesforce Administrator and Project Lead, overseeing the introduction of chat support and managing a team responsible for the maintenance of SF community sites. Afterward, Gaurav joined ManTech as a Systems Integration Coordinator, where they represented Scrum teams and collaborated with a release management team. Gaurav also migrated legacy systems to Salesforce using Azure and AWS integrations. Following this, they worked as a Salesforce Consultant/Associate Program Manager at Virsys12, liaising with stakeholders and enhancing sales processes for clients. Gaurav then took on the role of a Salesforce Project Manager at Parexel, managing a team and automating Salesforce report calculation dashboards. Gaurav also served as a Salesforce Functional Lead Analyst at Accenture Federal Services, where they managed a team and reduced process time with visual flows. At VALiNTRY360, Gaurav worked as a Senior Salesforce Project Manager, liaising with stakeholders, implementing Salesforce environments, and reducing process time. Most recently, they worked as a Project Manager at Silverline and XCentium, responsible for managing projects and teams. Currently, Gaurav is a Salesforce Project Manager at Studio Science.

Gaurav Khetan completed a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Cybersecurity from the University of Maryland Global Campus from 2015 to 2016. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Sociology from the University of Maryland, where they studied from 2009 to 2014.

In addition to their formal education, Gaurav has earned several certifications. Gaurav is a Salesforce Certified Business Analyst, Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator (SCAA), Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Certified Community Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, and Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant. Gaurav also holds certifications as a Certified ScrumMaster and Certified Scrum Product Owner from the Scrum Alliance. Gaurav is also certified in CompTIA Security+ CE and HDI Support Center Team Lead. Furthermore, they have completed courses in Cybersecurity Technology and Foundations of Cybersecurity from the University of Maryland Global Campus, as well as obtained the ITIL Foundation V3 Certificate in IT Service Management from AXELOS Global Best Practice.
