Mike Durham

Mike Durham has had a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies. Starting in 1999 as a Collections Associate Representative at GTE, they then joined Verizon in various sales and product support roles. In 2010, they joined Frontier Communications as a COORD, Customer Service before moving on to become a Commercial Sales Conversion IT Lead and Business/Sales Analyst. From 2014 to 2017, they worked at Angie's List, initially as a Salesforce Administrator before becoming a Senior Salesforce Administrator and eventually Manager - Salesforce Systems. Following that, they worked as a Senior Salesforce Solutions Engineer at OurHealth from 2017 to 2019. Since 2019, they have worked as a Salesforce Developer at ANGI Homeservices and later became a Salesforce Consultant at RevTech360 (formerly Revelant Technologies) from 2021 to 2023. Presently, they are working as a Salesforce Consultant at Studio Science as of March 2023.

Mike Durham completed an Indy SFDC developer class in 2013, but did not obtain a degree or specify a field of study. In 2015, they achieved the certification of Salesforce Certified Administrator from Salesforce. It is not specified if they obtained any additional certifications.
