Shlomi Dinoor has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Shlomi started their career as a Lead Engineer at Cimatron in 1997. Shlomi then joined Business Layers in 2000 as a Development Manager, where they rapidly advanced through the ranks and played a crucial role in the company's acquisition by Netegrity. Shlomi then joined Netegrity as a Director of Development, relocating to Boston and leading all development activities for the Identity Management integrated product. Shlomi continued their career at CA as a Director of Development, where they directed strategy, product development, and program management for Identity Management solutions. Concurrently, they led product evolution for the framework of common security services. Shlomi later joined Verdasys as a Director of Engineering in 2008, followed by their role as VP of Emerging Technologies at Cyber-Ark Software in 2009. At Cyber-Ark, they spearheaded the innovation center and led corporate development initiatives. In 2011, they became the VP of Engineering at Energy Points Inc., where they led a cross-functional team to develop a cloud-based BI platform for sustainability and profitability. Shlomi then co-founded and served as CEO of degology, a cloud-based marketing solution, before joining Studion in 2017 as a Principal and later becoming the COO, overseeing client engagements, business operations, and global P&L responsibility.
Shlomi Dinoor has a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Technion - Israel Institute of Technology, which they obtained from 1992 to 1996. Shlomi later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from UMass Boston, completing it from 2005 to 2008. In 2023, they received a Certificate in Leading Professional Service Firms from Harvard Business School Executive Education. Additionally, in 2019, they obtained a certification in Designing for Change from IDEO U.
