Mohua B. has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Mohua currently serves as the Country Head at Bartleby Technologies Pvt Ltd since August 2021.

Prior to that, Mohua served as the Head of India Operations at StudyMode from May 2015. Mohua was responsible for managing a platform that enables students worldwide to connect and share study materials.

From September 2014 to March 2015, Mohua worked as the Director Program Management at JumpStart - Knowledge Adventure, Inc.

Before that, they held multiple positions at Mango Learning/ Gameshastra, including Vice President - Services from April 2012 to August 2014, and Program Director from August 2010 to April 2012. Mohua also gained experience at Electronic Arts as a Development Manager in 2009, and at Gameshastra as a QA Manager and Project Lead from 2006 to 2009.

Prior to that, they served as a Senior QA Lead at FX Labs Studios Pvt Ltd from January 2006 to October 2006 and as a QA Tester and QA Training Coordinator at Babel Media from April 2003 to October 2005.

Mohua B. began their education at Mount Carmel School, although the specific dates are unknown. Mohua then attended Lady Irwin School, but the duration of their studies there is also unknown. Moving on, they pursued their Bachelor's degree in Arts (B.A.) at Delhi University from 1997 to 2000. After completing their undergraduate studies, Mohua obtained a Master's degree in Computer Applications (MCA) from Madurai Kamaraj University between 2000 and 2003. Finally, they attended Symbiosis International University from 2005 to 2007, where they earned a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration (PGDBA) with a focus on Marketing/Marketing Management.
