Tamas Soos

Tamas Soos is a Medior Software Engineer at Studyportals since December 2022, where Tamas contributes to the Growth Team by developing systems to enhance organic traffic and has led the creation of a large-scale ranking system. Prior to this role, Tamas worked as a Freelance Software Developer at Toptal, focusing on data extraction from LinkedIn CVs into JSON format using Python and Django, and as a Developer at SAP, where Tamas contributed to the Advanced Variant Configuration component of SAP ERP. Tamas also has experience as a Core Network Engineer at DIGI, developing a parking system integrated with mobile core network and billing systems, and began the career as an Intern at Telekom HU, automating configurations for new network equipment. Tamas holds a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the Budapest University of Technology and Economics, completed in 2020 and 2018, respectively.
