Jurriaan Graaff

Jurriaan Graaff has over 18 years of work experience, beginning with a Management Trainee role at KLM in 2002. In 2004, they joined Shell Oil Company and held a variety of roles including Manager Employee Relations & Change Pernis, Global HR Manager IT, Manager HR Services Krakow (Poland), and HR Business Analyst. In 2011, they moved to FrieslandCampina as Manager HR Butter & Milkpowder. In 2013, they became the Global Human Resources Director at Fokker Aerostructures B.V., where they managed a team of 33 people and was accountable for delivering the Human Capital agenda. In 2017, they joined Infinitas Learning as Chief People Officer Infinitas/Noordhoff (CHRO - Edtech), and in 2019 they became the Head of People (Challenger Top50 Scaleup) at Aidence. In 2020, they began working at HRplaza as Organisation & Culture Lead / HR Consultancy / Strategist / interim, and in 2022 they will become the Chief HR Officer (CHRO / CPO / Head of People) at Studytube, where their main challenge will be to grow the Studytube organisation from 200 to 400 people effectively and sustainably.

Jurriaan Graaff obtained their Master's degree in Tax Law/Taxation from Maastricht University between 1995 and 2002. Jurriaan is currently enrolled in Wilderness Trail (Zuid Afrika) at Teamwork Productions.
