Niki de Bruyn

Niki de Bruyn has worked in the design industry since 2010. Niki began their career as a Junior Designer at Imbue Visual Arts. In 2011, they took on the role of User Experience Designer and Film and Design at Absa. In 2016, they moved to Platform45 as a Senior UX Designer. In 2018, they joined DVT as a Senior UX/UI Designer, Technical Lead: UX/UI Design, and Design Lead: UX/UI Placed at Nedbank. In 2019, they were Product Design Lead at NextG. From 2020 to the present, they have been a Senior Product Designer at Studytube and Mews. In their roles, they have been responsible for creating easy to use processes, sales growth, and the best experiences for users. Niki has also acted as a mentor and lead designer on various projects.

Niki de Bruyn attended Benoni High School from 1996 to 2000, where they obtained their Matric. From 2001 to 2006, they attended the University of Pretoria/Universiteit van Pretoria and earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Psychology and Criminology. In October 2022, they obtained a Design Lab UI Course certification from Designlab.
