Tim Roth

Tim Roth has a diverse and extensive work experience in various roles related to packaging, supply chain, and technology. Tim is currently serving as the Vice President of Systems & Technology at Stuffed Puffs® Marshmallows since May 2020. Prior to that, they worked as a Packaging, Supply Chain & Technology Consultant starting from May 2014.

Tim also co-founded Bug Out Bar in April 2019 and served as its Co-Founder until April 2022. Tim worked as the Head of Packaging at Factory LLC from June 2019 to May 2020, and as a Program Manager at Adept Packaging from June 2017 to June 2019.

Before their current roles, Tim had valuable experience at Wrigley, where they held two roles. From April 2011 to May 2014, they served as a Procurement Operations Manager, where they implemented ERP technology solutions and developed sourcing strategies. And from May 2009 to April 2011, they worked as a Global Packaging Productivity Engineer, leading teams in cost-saving initiatives and implementing projects.

Tim also worked at Mars as the Campus Recruiting Lead for Michigan State University from May 2013 to April 2014. Prior to that, they had a significant tenure at L'Oreal, holding the roles of Senior Engineer Packaging Development from March 2007 to May 2009, and Packaging Engineer from May 2006 to March 2007. At L'Oreal, they managed package development and received recognition for implementing innovative solutions.

Furthermore, Tim had earlier experiences as an Intern - Technical Packaging at L'Oreal in 2005 and as a Manufacturing Services Associate (co-op) at Wyeth Consumer Healthcare from January 2005 to June 2005.

Tim Roth attended Michigan State University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Packaging in 2006. In 2018, they also received a certification in Computer Science Principles: Programming from Lynda.com.
