KRISHNA KUMAR GHAT is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in leadership roles within the automotive and aerospace sectors. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at Stumpp, Schuele and Somappa Springs Private Limited since July 2012, KRISHNA oversees finance, accounts, costing, and taxation functions for a prominent auto component manufacturer with an annual turnover of Rs 700 Crores. Prior roles include General Manager Finance at Merlinhawk Associates Private Limited, where KRISHNA managed the finance, accounting, treasury, and secretarial functions, and various positions at Stumpp, Schuele & Somappa Private Ltd., focusing on working capital, treasury management, internal audit, and financial data verification. KRISHNA is a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and holds a B.Com degree from Mysore University.
