Leilani Ruberto is a seasoned professional in customer experience and sales operations, currently serving as Director at Stumptown Coffee Roasters since July 2016. With a progression through various roles at Stumptown, including Sr. Manager and Sales Operations Manager, Leilani has developed expertise in optimizing sales processes and enhancing customer engagement. Prior experience at Quince & Cotogna Restaurants involved significant project management responsibilities, including the renovation of a two Michelin-starred restaurant and the development of a new restaurant concept, showcasing strong organizational and leadership skills. Additionally, Leilani held multiple management positions at The Genuine Hospitality Group, where efforts included opening restaurants and training staff. Leilani holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management from Florida International University.
