Laura Remaker has extensive experience in human resources and people operations. Laura has held various leadership roles in different companies.

In their most recent positions, Laura served as a Chief People Officer (Fractional) at Stuzo, Mural Health, and Auxilius, starting in 2023 and 2022 respectively. These roles involved overseeing various aspects of human resources and managing people operations.

Prior to that, Laura worked as a Principal Advisor, People Operations at G2 Startup Advisors in 2022 and as an Advisor at Getta in 2019. Laura's career also includes roles at Comcast, where they worked as a Consultant and focused on stabilizing recruitment efforts and recruiting senior-level sales and marketing roles, and at DSG, Inc., where they served as the Manager of HR & Talent, managing HR and recruitment efforts globally across multiple locations.

Laura began their career at Citi, where they held the position of Assistant Vice President. In this role, they managed the recruitment function, handled HR generalist tasks, facilitated training and development programs, and increased staff headcount.

Overall, Laura Remaker has a proven track record of building HR departments, developing HR strategies, managing recruitment efforts, and overseeing various aspects of people operations.

Laura Remaker attended Mount Saint Joseph Academy from 1996 to 2000. Laura then went on to obtain a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications and Sociology, graduating Cum Laude from the University of Pennsylvania in 2004. Afterward, they pursued further education by completing a Master Certification in Human Resource Management at Villanova University from 2008 to 2009.
