David Melillo

David Melillo is currently serving as the Vice President Engineering Director at STV since March 2023. Prior to that, David held the position of Chief Engineer and Director of Track & Structures at Metro-North Railroad since March 2012. David graduated from the University of Rhode Island with a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Civil Engineering in 1987.
