Dhruma Shah

Dhruma Shah is an experienced professional in project management and cost engineering, currently serving as a Cost Engineering Manager and previously as a Project Controls Specialist at STV since January 2023. Prior to this, Dhruma held the position of Project Controls/Advisory Intern at STV from May 2022 to November 2022 and worked as an Assistant Engineer in Project Planning and Management at PSP Projects Ltd. from January 2019 to July 2021. Dhruma's expertise encompasses managing teams for multiple large-value projects, implementing process improvements, conducting site evaluations, and developing standard operating procedures. Additionally, Dhruma has experience as a Teaching Associate at CEPT University, where responsibilities included course coordination and mentoring students. Dhruma holds a Master of Science in Construction Engineering and Management from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, a Post Graduate Diploma in Financial Management from California State University-San Bernardino, and a Bachelor's degree in Construction Technology from CEPT University.
