Jan Kaspar

Jan Kaspar is an experienced engineer currently serving as a Traction Power Engineer at STV since April 2024. With a robust background in mechanical design, Jan has operated as a Self-Employed Mechanical Design Consultant since April 2014, providing technical advice on a variety of projects. Previous roles include Senior Mechanical Engineer at Ebb Carbon, Systems Engineer at STV, and Senior Product Design Engineer at Design Visionaries, focusing on product design and engineering. Jan's earlier experience encompasses mechanical engineering at Trayer Engineering Corporation, as well as independent contracting work in the Bay Area. An internship at Adam's Rite Aerospace involved critical revisions for the Emergency Oxygen System on the F-22 Raptor. Educationally, Jan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona, completed in 2012.
