Lizette Rodriguez

Lizette Rodriguez is an experienced professional in labor relations and community outreach, currently serving as the Director of Labor Relations and Community Outreach at STV since March 2025. Additionally, Lizette works as a Labor Compliance Consultant for the San Diego & Imperial SBDC Network, providing support to small and emerging businesses on prevailing wage matters. Previously, Lizette held various roles at Gafcon PM-CM LLC from March 2011 to February 2025, including Director of Labor Relations, Labor Relations Manager, Labor Compliance Officer, and Lead Labor Compliance Analyst. Lizette obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Southern New Hampshire University.
